Some Handy Free Music Apps

My 8 year old son Jackson wrote these apps to help you tune and play in time better. These apps use Flash so they may not work on all devices.

Mandolin Tuning App

Instructions: Just click on the green flag to start the app and then click on the note you want to hear. Click the stop sign to stop the app.

Metronome Simulator App

Instructions: Click the small green flag to start the app. The initial tempo will be set to 60 beats per minutes. Adjust the tempo up or down by clicking the arrows. The stop sign stops the app and the large green flag restarts the app.
